As the Director of Operations, Contracts Management, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of new and existing client contracts.
Responsibilities
Manage a robust operational and quality contract management and reporting system.
Draft and review all client contracts in coordination with General Counsel.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients on contractual matters.
Partner with finance on revenue projections, tracking, and the set up of new clients.
Support new business activities including overseeing completion of sample contracts, NDAs, and operational information.
Draft and finalize all contractor agreements.
Serves as an in-house subject matter expert for contracting terms and processes.
Track and manage the status of contracts.
Assists in implementing strategies for operational management and development to meet organizational plans and goals within budgets and timelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 4 - 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ContractNow or similar contract tracking software.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, as well as a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Experience managing multiple projects and the ability to handle competing deadlines.
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing landscapes, and to work well under pressure.
- Proactively fosters an inclusive atmosphere and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
