- Own media and production timelines, coordinate shoots and post-production with SKDK’s production and creative departments
- Maintain organized files for assigned races on SKDK server
Strategy, Creative, and Production Coordination

- Partner with account leads and our media and digital buyers to build smart, aggressive, and targeted advertising programs.
- Coordinate with Director of Production to ensure timely spot delivery and quality control, and platform-ready assets.
- Gather and synthesize inputs that strengthen creative (research, footage, opposition, policy details, etc.)
- Serve as the client-facing hub for project management: scheduling, workflow, approvals, troubleshooting.
- Monitor day-to-day race development and recommend rapid response and other ideas
Qualifications
- 4+ years of political campaign experience (campaign, IE, advocacy, or consulting), including direct experience with paid media.
- Strong writing and editing skills; an ability to communicate complex information succinctly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong client service instincts; able to manage up, anticipate needs, and communicate clearly under pressure.
- Sound political judgment and strong interest in the news, politics, and campaign strategy.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively with diverse colleagues, partners, and clients.
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary (campaign pace)
- Familiarity with media production processes (shoots, post-production workflow) is a plus.
