About the Role
The TDP is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Call Time Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in political fundraising with a strong commitment to electing Democrats across Texas.
Responsibilities
- Executing call time with the Principal, including staffing, preparation, and follow up
- Leading donor prospecting and research process, ensuring that new donor prospects are identified and call time targets are effectively researched
- Managing call time workflow with Finance Director and consultant team to ensure priorities are being met in a timely manner
- Reporting on key call time metrics and list progress
- Updating and maintaining our databases (NGP)
- Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications
- Detail oriented self-starter with experience in Democratic fundraising
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
- Willingness to relocate to Dallas, TX
- Proficiency with NGP, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Experience with power dialers preferred
The annual salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 and comes with 100% employer-paid health care.
