Van Ness Creative Strategies is seeking an experienced email/data technology associate with 1-2 years of experience working with email CRMS, Google Looker reports, and project management software, such as Notion.

This role will include:

• Attention to detail
• Understanding of and/or experience working with large datasets
• Comfort with learning new tech tools quickly
• HTML, CSS, SQL and/or Python skills, or enthusiasm to learn as you go
• Experience collaborating/learning remotely
• Initiative, creativity, and curiosity
• Ability to manage competing priorities

Nice-to-Haves (not-required):

• Experience working with political data and/or political tech tools (i.e. NGP/VAN, ActionKit, Switchboard,
• Experience with SMS, email marketing, and/or social media advertising (doesn’t need to be political!)
• Experience with Looker Studio (fka Google Data Studio) or other data visualization tools
• Knowledge/experience with any other programming languages not listed above
• Experience managing email deliverability
