The Mecklenburg County Democratic Party (“MCDP”) is seeking a full-time Organizing Director to help develop and execute our organizing plans for the 2025 election and beyond. Mecklenburg is home to one of the highest concentrations of Democrats in North Carolina but has recently seen some of the lowest voter turnout rates in the state. MCDP is looking for an Organizing Director to help us reverse that trend. This is a full-time, permanent position.
